On Thursday, the August National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia will host the 1st golf major of the season, The Masters 2022.

The golf patrons are back at the Augusta National Golf Club after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.

It will be a normal Masters again because Tiger Woods will play and it will be his 1st official PGA event after suffering serious injuries in a car accident 14 months ago.

The 2019 Masters champions will attempt another comeback for a chance in winning his 6th green jacket.

His swing, stroke and putting are still there but he's hoping his surgically-repaired leg will hold-up for four days.

Tiger Woods was paired with Louis Oosthuizen and Joaquin Niemann in the first round.

The trio will start the 1st round at 10:34AM EDT.

The group of Bryson DeChambeau, Cameron Smith and Paul Casey will start earlier than Woods' group at 10:23AM EDT.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed John Rahm as the player to beat in the last round of The Masters 2022 on Sunday.
