They manage to get a 21-19 win over the Buffalo Bills to remain undefeated.

QB Tua Tagavailoa is listed questionable for this game after he took a big hit in their last game and he is also nursing a sore back and ankle.

If he can't play, backup QB Teddy Bridgewater will start for him.

The Cincinnati Bengals are the defending AFC champions.

However, it didn't look that way in their first two losses this season.

In Week 3, the Bengals rediscovered their game and bottled up the New York Jets with a 27-12 win.

QB Joe Burrow played very well and their defense held the Jets to four field goals during the game.
