On Sunday, the San Francisco 49ers will open its season on the road against the Chicago Bears in Week 1 of the 2022-22 NFL season.

Kick-off is set 1:00PM EDT at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL.

The Chicago Bears revamped their front office during the offseason as they parted ways with head coach Matt Nagy and general manager Ryan Pace.

Ryan Poles is the new general manager while former Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator, Matt Eberflus is the new head coach.

QB Justin Fields will enter his 2nd season together with wide receivers Darnell Mooney and Cole Kmet.

Chicago has a young offensive line that will be tested throughout the season.

The San Francisco 49ers have decided to let 2021 draft third pick Trey Lance to be their starting quarterback this season.

They will try and make a run for the team's sixth Super Bowl title.

QB Trey Lance together with Deebo Samuel, George Kittle, Trent Williams and Elijah Mitchell will form as one of the most potent offense in the NFL season.
