2014 NFL Divisional Playoffs: Denver Broncos vs. Indianapolis ColtsJanuary 07, 2015 by Marc Jerbs

On Sunday, the Denver Broncos will face the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Divisional Round playoffs for a chance to advance in the AFC Championship. The Sports Authority Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado will host the match up at 4:45PM ET.

The Indianapolis Colts are coming off a 26-10 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Wild Card round. QB Andre Luck dished out a superb performance as he passed for 344 yards, 2 TDs and no interception. He completed 64.3% of his passes for a 105.7 QB rating during the game.

The Colts will try to avenge their 31-24 Week 1 loss against the Broncos. Indianapolis' offensive line must fine a way to protect their quarterback against Denver's pass rushers and linebackers. If the offensive line could hold the fort, the Colts could have a chance to beat the Broncos.

The Denver Broncos are well rested after a bye week during the Wild Card weekend. Most of their players were able to recuperate from nagging injuries during the regular season. Expect QB Peyton Manning to guide his Broncos team with a help from a superb running game of C.J. Anderson.

Both teams know that their Week 1 performance should not be a factor on Sunday's game. This is the NFL playoffs, one loss your chance to earn a trip in the SuperBowl XLIX.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Denver Broncos as a 7-point favorite to beat the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night.
