On Saturday, the Nebraska Cornhuskers will face the Northwestern Wildcats in Week 0 of the 2022-23 College Football season.

Game time is set 12:30PM EDT at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.

Nebraska and Northwestern were supposed to play in Dublin in 2020 but the COVID-19 pandemic altered every sports schedule worldwide.

This year everything is set as two teams kick off the Big Ten season in Ireland.

Northwestern played poorly in 2021 but they made some major in their lineup.

The offensive line will have All-America tackle Peter Skoronski which is a big help.

They also improved their running game and bolstered their defensive lineup during the offseason.

The Wildcats has a chance to score an upset win if they slow down the tempo and keep it a low scoring game.

Nebraska decided to retain head coach Scott Frost after the team's sub-par performance last season.

During the offseason, they got QB Casey Thompson and bolstered its receiving corps with Trey Palmer, Isaiah Garcia-Castaneda and Marcus Washington.

Mark Whipple is now Nebraska's offensive coordinator and a change of style if what the Cornhuskers needed this season.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Nebraska Cornhuskers as the favorites to win over the Northwestern Wildcats on Saturday noon.
